Type 1100 Aluminum Sheet is an aluminum-based alloy in the "commercially pure" wrought family (1000 or 1xxx series). With a minimum of 99.0% aluminium, it is the most heavily alloyed of the 1000 series. It is also the mechanically strongest alloy in the series, and is the only 1000-series alloy commonly used in rivets. At the same time, it keeps the benefits of being relatively lightly alloyed (compared to other series), such as high electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, and workability. It can be hardened by cold working, but not by heat treatment.

Type 5083 Aluminium Sheet / Aluminum Plate is an Aluminum Magnesium Alloy with magnesium and traces of manganese and chromium. It is highly resistant to attack by Seawater and Industrial Chemicals. Alloy 5083 retains exceptional strength after welding. It has the highest strength of the non-heat treatable alloys with an Ultimate Tensile Strength of 317 MPa or 46000 psi and a Tensile Yield Strength of 228 MPa or 33000 psi. It is not recommended for use in temperatures in excess of 65 °C. Alloy 5083 is also commonly used in croygenic applications due to it being able to be cooled to -195° C. At this temperature, the alloy has an increase in ultimate tensile strength of 40% and in yield strength of 10% as well as exhibiting excellent fracture toughness at such temperatures.

Type 6061 Aluminum Sheet is a hardened aluminum containing Magnesium and Silicon as its major alloying elements. Originally called "Alloy 61S". It has good mechanical properties, exhibits good weldability and is one of the most common alloys of for general-purpose use.
